- 2mm PVC Edging instead of a 0.4mm paper edge around all of our board. 2mm PCV Edging is guaranteed to never peel off or bubble over time and it also gives it a much nicer finish.
- Chrome Rods and handles are used where applicable. Chrome rods are guaranteed to not bend and are less prone to scratching than Aluminium.
- A Warp Control System is used on all of our MDF Sliding Doors. As MDF is a timber product, it has a natural tendency to bow over time and with painting. To counteract this, we apply a lever system on that back of every MDF sliding door so should that ever occur, we can simply adjust it back into place.
- Frameless Mirror and Frameless Glass Sliding Doors are manufactured with a solid MDF backing. As frameless sliding doors do not have enough support when held only by the minimal framework around the edge, we manufacture our frameless sliding doors with an additional MDF backing which is siliconed to the back of the glass and secured with strong framework to provide vital reinforcement.
- Colour matching screw caps are used to cover all visible screws. You simply can not slam your doors
- The area is clean and well presented
- German made soft close hinges are used on all Versa Robes hinged doors.
- Australian made wheels on all sliding doors.
- Our white board is 85 GSM made specifically for Versa Robes - Most in the industry use 70GSM.
