Jason and I have been squeezing crap into our suppose to be linen cupboard for near on 6 years. Finally we took the step to do something about it with a little extra money and were totally set back when we started ringing around for quotes.
But when I called your showroom, I had the pleasure of being the recipient of someone who really loves what she does. Vanessa gave me a quote for the basic wardrobe fitout and when I said it's more than what we could afford, her true giving nature and wanting to help came out.
It has been a long time since I have received such customer service and have been raving about it since. So even though I can't afford one of your beautiful fitouts, maybe some of the people I told the story to, will remember Versa Robes when they do anything to their homes that need similar work."

With Versa Robes, nothing was a problem. Even when I had to re-schedule the install around lift access at our building you were extremely understanding and accommodating.
Natalie, Vanessa, Glenda, Rami and Chris were professional, understanding, friendly and something I find most important, on time!! Enquiries and questions were answered on the spot and the check measure and install appointment times were held.

The build quality was also very good & the installer spent a lot of extra time to get the cabinets in. If I were to do it again, I would work more with the cabinet maker to detail out the design to ensure I understood exactly what I was getting. That said, the price & turnaround time was great! They also promptly fixed a couple of small items without a fuss. Very good customer service.”
